Following today’s Scottish government Covid -19 review and the tightening of the restrictions on how many people are allowed to meet in groups, the committee has made the decision that all darts under the Shetland Darts Association name, League Matches and Competitions will be suspended until JANUARY 2021, where this decision will be reviewed again.
From then we hope to plan for the resumption of all League Fixtures remaining in the 2019-20 season to finalise League positions, relegations and promotion ahead of returning to a full season in the future.
The current county team and captain will remain in place until the opportunity arises to allow this to be played on resumption of darts in 2021.
It has not been possible to hold an AGM this year and again will be rescheduled for when we are able to resume.
Hopefully 2021 will see the current situation ease and become clearer and we can all return to playing darts again.
