Saturday 19th January 2019 saw the 1st Division Doubles take place in the Lerwick Legion with 7 pairings playing a round robin format constisting of a board of 4 and a board of 3. The top 2 pairings from each group progressed to the semi finals that saw Ewen MacRitchie & Shane Johnson bt Ellis Anderson & Michael Eunson 3-2 and Nigel Williamson & Ryan Mustard bt Kevin Llewellyn & Kenneth Henry 3-0. In a best of 7 leg final it was Nigel & Ryan who emerged with a 4-1 victory over Ewen & Shane to claim the 1st Division Doubles shield.
